BKTT warrants the icing to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days (3 months) from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, BKTT will, at its sole discretion, replace or credit any icing found to have a manufacturing or formulation defect under normal and intended storage and use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Contamination, dropping, or abuse
• excessive humidity, or environmental damage
• Melting or separation caused by excessive heat

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase from BKTT or an authorized distributor.
• A description of the issue (including batch or lot number, if applicable).
• Photos or videos showing the problem, if requested.

BKTT may request that the icing be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
