This is for ESC tunes provided by us in testing conditions. Keep in mind these will get you close but rigs will still need fine tuning. these are fantastic base tunes.
BKTT Icing 2800KV V2 motor escape32 tune
Motor & Startup
- timing: 18 (balances torque and operating temperature)
- sine_range: 20 (dedicated low-speed crawl band)
- sine_power: 12 (low-end creeping power)
- duty_spup: 15 (spin-up power off neutral)
PWM & Throttle
- freq_min: 24 (minimum PWM frequency in kHz)
- freq_max: 48 (maximum PWM frequency in kHz)
- duty_min: 1 (minimum throttle power)
- duty_max: 100 (maximum throttle power)
- duty_ramp: 0 (linear power ramp)
- duty_rate: 30 (duty cycle slew rate)
- throt_mode: forward/reverse (instant bidirectional control)
Braking & Hold
- duty_drag: 50( drag brake strength) only for ring/pinion
- duty_lock: Enabled / Checked (active brake lock)

Protection Settings
- prot_stall: 3500 (stall protection ERPM threshold)
- prot_volt: 33 (3.3V per cell low-voltage cutoff)
- prot_cells: 0 (auto-detect battery cell count)
Quick Field Adjustments
- Launch Stutter: Increase sine_power or duty_spup slightly.
- Warm Motor: Dial sine_power down toward 18–20.
- Aggressive Stops: Lower duty_drag to 50–70 if the descent stop is too abrupt.

Quick Optimization Tips
If you experience "cogging" (stuttering) under load: Slightly increase the Min Power or check your gear mesh to ensure there isn't mechanical binding.

To get the ultimate low-speed control and eliminate low-end stuttering, use these exact settings in your ESCape32 tuning app:
Motor Poles (telem_poles): 14
Timing (timing): 16
Sine Range (sine_range): 25
Sine Power (sine_power): 11
Gives the motor enough juice to push over rocks at a literal snail's pace. If the motor feels warm after a long run, turn this down to 9 or 10.

How to fine-tune it:
If you pull the throttle just a tiny bit and the motor shudders instead of turning, look for the Minimum Throttle Power (or startup power) setting. Bump that up a tiny bit at a time until the truck starts rolling perfectly smoothly.
