At BKTT, we stand behind our gear. We want to make sure your Cake Pop ESC sweetens your build without any unexpected bitter surprises. That is why every authentic BKTT Cake Pop ESC is covered by our Limited 30-Day Warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers the original purchaser for exactly 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase (whichever comes first).

Components that fail due to a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Flaws in materials or assembly from the factory.

What is NOT Covered?

Because high-performance electronics operate in demanding environments, this warranty does not cover issues resulting from user error, external forces, or typical wear-and-tear. Specifically, we cannot cover:

Water or physical damage: Crashes, hard impacts, or exposure to moisture/liquids.

Improper installation: Reverse polarity (plugging the battery in backward), incorrect soldering, short circuits due to poor insulation, or improper gearing/motor pairings that overload the ESC.

Modifications: Altering the factory wires, removing the heat shrink/casing, or flashing unauthorized firmware.

Exceeded Limits: Running voltage or current beyond the specified limits of the Cake Pop ESC.

⚠️ Important Note: Ground testing your electronics before your first full run is highly recommended. 99% of manufacturing defects show up the very first time an ESC is powered on.

How to File a Claim

If your Cake Pop ESC genuinely gave out due to a factory defect within your first 30 days, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us  and we will get it squared away. We do in-house repair for all customers (order number needed & proof of purchase)
